KONG® Equine will accept returns or requests for refunds for any product within 30 days of sale, as long as the product has not been used, damaged, or otherwise destroyed. Additionally, the product packaging must remain intact and undamaged. KONG® Equine will not refund or accept products for return if they do not meet those qualifications.
KONG® Equine will cover the cost of return shipping, as well as the exchange of goods, only for defective products. To determine if your product qualifies as a manufacturer's defect, a KONG® Equine representative must be contacted determine so. To contact a KONG® Equine representative, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your product does not meet our manufacturer's defect requirements, return shipping will not be provided by KONG® Equine, and a refund will only be granted if the product and packaging are returned within 30 days, and remain unused and undamaged. September Promotion Return Policy: Purchase of any OGS Equine Paste using the promotional code OGSBOGO gives customer one (1) additional OGS Equine Paste free through the month of September. In the event that the returned order of OGS Equine Paste and the promotional products, OGS Equine Paste, are found used or damaged upon receiving, the market price of each item will be deducted from the return of payment.
